![]() NFL 2K 03/18/2000 This is a sweet football game, plain and simple. The graphics are sharp, clean and nice. The only slow down I've noticed is during a field goal. But it won't affect your game play. The only minor concern I have is the crowd. It looks like they just slapped some giant colored squares in the stadium and it looks very ugly. But as usual it's nothing major. The sound is good and the tackles sound like they hurt. The commentary does get repetitive and is sometimes a little bit off but it's not obnoxious. The controls are easy to remember and are divided nicely. This is the kind of game you can play until your sick of it. You can make new plays, teams, players, or just run your favorite team to the Super Bowl. You could also just do a fantasy draft and fight them in a tournament for the best. The game play is dragged away by two things: The computer knows your plays and your guys seem to never catch the ball. I mean it's not super annoying, it's just that you wish the computer wouldn't cheat, and I have proof of it trust me. The no pass catching thing is annoying, until you take your player over and catch the ball yourself, then it's fine. If you like football games, then you should definitely check this game out. I think it's one of the best Dreamcast has to offer. Written By, Neutropia ![]()
